Description

When referring to the German Chancellor Bismarck, the pizza with egg immediately comes to mind, dedicated to him precisely for his inexhaustible passion for eggs. It seems that he ate up to 12 a day. So here is a simple recipe to prepare and suitable for last-minute dinners: the Bismarck hamburger.

The succulence of the meat in this recipe is combined with the sinuosity of the sunny-side-up egg, thus creating a unique balance that never tires. If you are lovers of hamburgers, this recipe is a variant of the classic sandwich with ketchup and mayonnaise. Of course, you can accompany the Bismarck hamburger with french fries or with a fresher dressed salad with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.

Here is the recipe!

Procedure

1

Finely chop the rosemary and add the ground pepper. Mix well and wrap the hamburgers with this mixture.

2

Thinly slice the onion and wilt it in a pan with a drizzle of oil. Once it has become transparent, keep the onion warm.

3

In the same non-stick pan, cook the hamburgers for 4-5 minutes on each side.

4

In another pan melt the butter and fry the sunny-side-up eggs.
