Description

Light yet nourishing, our autumn salad complements the chicken with the citrusy notes of orange, the sweetness of apple, and the crunchiness of walnuts. A balanced choice that not only satisfies the palate but also pleases the sense of smell and sight with its aromas and colors.

Procedure

Wash and dry the mixed salad greens well and place them in a large bowl.

Wash and slice the radicchio.

Peel the orange, remove the white pith from each segment and cut the segments into cubes.

Wash the apple and, without peeling it, cut it into small pieces.

Add the ingredients to the mixed salad greens, also adding the roughly chopped walnuts.

In a pan, add some oil and, when it is hot, add some fresh thyme leaves and the Chicken Salad, until it is golden brown.

Add the chicken to the salad, season to taste with oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and serve.
