1 pack of AIA turkey thigh bites
White wine vinegar
Sugar
Salt
1 l of soy oil
50 g of pine nuts
00 flour
Extra virgin olive oil
4 onions
100 g of raisins

Description

Here is a recipe full of flavor and perfect for all occasions: turkey bites in saor. This is a really easy preparation that will allow you to bring a hearty and really inviting second course to the table in no time. Procedure

First, pass the AIA turkey thigh bites in the flour and then fry them in a non-stick pan where you have previously heated the soy oil.

Slice the onions thinly and wilt them in a pot with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a teaspoon of white wine vinegar, a pinch of sugar and salt. Add the raisins and cook for about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool for a moment.

Plate the turkey bites which you will cover with the onion, raisins, pine nuts and season with some of the onion cooking liquid. Cover everything and store in the fridge letting it marinate for at least 12 hours before serving.
