2 packs of AIA aeQuilibrium Oven Baked Turkey Breast
2 eggplants
2 mozzarellas
½ liter of milk
Basil as needed


If you have invited friends for dinner and want to surprise them with a light, gourmet recipe, the turkey and eggplant millefeuille with surprise sauce is just the thing for you!

It is indeed a delicate and light dish, which interprets the deconstruction and lighter version of the classic eggplant parmigiana.

So here is the recipe to prepare a delicious turkey and eggplant millefeuille with surprise sauce!



Trim the eggplants and cut them into thin slices of about 5 mm, then grill them well on both sides.


Cut the mozzarella into pieces, put it in the blender glass together with the milk and blend until you get a homogeneous sauce. Now pass the obtained sauce through a sieve to filter it.


On the serving plate, put a slice of turkey in a bow, covering it with a slice of eggplant, a basil leaf and a veil of sauce. Repeat with another layer and serve.
