In a non-stick pan, heat a drizzle of oil, garlic and a few sprigs of rosemary. Add the Thin - AIA chicken breast slices and brown them, making sure they cook evenly on all sides. Season with a pinch of salt and then focus on preparing the tuna sauce.

Drain the tuna and in the blender glass pour the mayonnaise, anchovies, desalted capers, tuna and blend well to obtain a homogeneous sauce.

Lay the Thin - AIA chicken breast slices on a serving dish and season it with the tuna sauce just obtained.
