Procedure

Heat the chicken fillets in a pan with a drizzle of oil, then cut them into strips.

Wash the salad, slice the tomatoes and peel the cucumbers before slicing them with a mandolin.

Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.

Heat the flatbread in a pan for a few seconds on both sides.

Stuff it with the cut vegetables, the breaded chicken fillets and roll it up.
