If you love light lunches in the office or at home and you like fresh and quick recipes to prepare, these toasts are what you need.

First of all, before moving on to the preparation of these toasts, it is necessary to know the difference between mousse and pate

Pate: it is a paste of meat, fish or vegetables first cooked and then finely chopped and bound with butter or extra virgin olive oil. Chicken pate and ham pate are among the most prepared. Pates are perfect on bread or crackers.

Mousse: in the world of savory cooking, mousses are pastes similar to pates, but bound with whipped cream, spreadable cheese or egg white instead of butter.

Here's how to prepare the aeQuilibrium mousse for the toasts!

Procedure

1

Cut the bread into triangles and toast it. In the meantime, coarsely chop the pistachios to obtain a grain.

2

Now prepare the aeQuilibrium mousse. Put the baked chicken breast in the mixer and blend it quite finely.
Add the spreadable cheese, a pinch of salt and a generous grind of black pepper. Blend again until you get a cream.

3

Put the mousse in the refrigerator and let it rest for 30 minutes
