Perfect for a lunch in the garden or on the terrace, the summer stew is a complete dish that lends itself to be enjoyed on all those occasions when you want something substantial and delicious but still light and not too heavy. Perfect to enjoy with a glass of red wine or a glass of fresh beer, the summer stew can be served with a side of potatoes, zucchini or tomatoes that help to complete the dish and make it even more tasty.

Procedure
First, heat the oil in a non-stick pan over high heat and when it starts to sizzle add the meat that you have previously cut into many small pieces.
Brown the meat chunks for a couple of minutes and then deglaze with the white wine. Lower the flame slightly and add a tablespoon of mustard, the juice of a lemon and the cherry tomatoes cut in half.
In the meantime, slice the carrots, zucchini and eggplant and after half an hour of cooking also add these vegetables to the pan with the meat and a drizzle of oil.
Finally, add also 2 sprigs of fennel and once your stew is ready, serve and enjoy. Bon appetit!
