1 package of roast turkey
50 g of Parmigiano Reggiano
150 g of curly endive
100 g of red leaf lettuce
50 g of lamb's lettuce
Fresh basil to taste
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Lemon juice to taste

Description

The AIA roast turkey lends itself to many recipes: just a little imagination to put a tasty turkey salad on the table, a complete dish that can easily end up in the lunch box for lunch at work.

The combination of turkey thigh with lettuce, aged cheese, a couple of tablespoons of oil and lemon juice provides a balanced intake of proteins, calcium and vitamins.

Procedure

Wash the heads of red lettuce, endive and lamb's lettuce well under cold water, then dry them and cut the leaves into pieces 3-4 centimeters each.

Put the mix of vegetables in a large bowl in which you will also add the Parmigiano Reggiano cut into flakes or cubes.

Sauté the AIA roast turkey in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of pepper, until the slices are hot and crispy.
