100 g of pancetta
300 g of pasta
2 spring onions
50 g of feta
40 ml of oil
1 sprig of basil
4 figs
Salt
Pink pepper

Procedure

First, wash the tomatoes and pour them into a pot full of boiling water, where you will leave them for a minute before peeling and cutting them into many small pieces.

Peel and slice the spring onions and then also cut the pancetta into many strips.

In a non-stick pan, heat a drizzle of oil, adding a pinch of salt and the spring onions which you will wilt for a minute

Add then the tomatoes and the pancetta and cook for a few minutes. Clean the figs and cut them into wedges.

Boil the pasta and once ready, drain it and pour it into the pan with the sauce and the pancetta. Stir and also add the feta cut into pieces, a bit of chopped basil and a pinch of pink pepper.
