200 g of AIA Verzino Paesana sausage
350 g of pasta
2 bunches of radicchio
150 g of cooking cream
Extra virgin olive oil
1 onion

Pour 4 tablespoons of EVO oil into a non-stick pan; add an onion that you will let brown. Then add the AIA Verzino Paesana sausage previously chopped and let it cook. 


Cut the radicchio into strips and then add it to the pan with the other ingredients, adding a pinch of salt and pepper. In a pot with plenty of salted water, cook the pasta and drain it once it is ready. 


Pour the pasta into the pan with the other ingredients and let it flavor for a few minutes. Finally add the cooking cream, mix well and serve while still hot. Enjoy your meal!
