Pan-fried chicken cutlet
Ingredients
Description
The pan-fried chicken cutlet is an easy and quick dish to prepare, made more tasty by the marinade and a different than usual plating.
The particular cooking gives the pan-fried chicken cutlet a soft meat. It is performed with a first step at high heat that seals the meat. The cooking then continues at low heat to maintain the internal juiciness.
Here is the recipe to cook the pan-fried chicken cutlet at home, as good as in the restaurant.
Procedure
Marinate in a bowl the AIA chicken breast together with rosemary, pepper, salt, lemon juice and oil. Cover with a film and leave in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Arrange the chicken breast in a pan and also pour all the contents of the bowl.
Cook for 5 minutes at high heat to form a golden crust. Then lower the heat and continue cooking at medium-low heat with the lid. Turn the chicken breasts from time to time.
When the cooking is finished, arrange the meat on a cutting board and cut the slices into diagonal strips. Serve the pan-fried chicken cutlet on the table.
