250 g of cherry tomatoes
4 tablespoons of tomato sauce

Strips are a typical main course based on meat very popular in Lazio and Umbria that, usually, is prepared with beef and enriched with arugula or cherry tomatoes. In this equally tasty, but lighter variant, white meat is used instead: here is the recipe for chicken strips with cherry tomatoes!

To make this dish, very easy and quick, you will need to get the AIA Chicken Strips, fresh cherry tomatoes (cherry or date type), tomato sauce and extra virgin olive oil. All simple ingredients that, together, give a unique and delicate flavor that the whole family will love.

Heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan, then sear the AIA Chicken Strips on all sides, turn up the heat and deglaze with the white wine.


Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half, add them to the pan along with the tomato sauce and mix; chop the fresh oregano and add it to the rest (a teaspoon will be enough), salt, pepper and mix all the ingredients.


Lower the heat and cook covered for 10 minutes. If necessary, moisten with a little water to prevent the sauce from reducing too much.
