olive oil

Description

The taste of baked sliced chicken breast is universally loved. The meat is light and the addition of aromatic herbs gives this main course a really inviting aroma and flavor.
The cooking times for baked sliced chicken breast are quick and the temperatures are not excessive. This way it is possible to keep the meat tender. Chicken is a lean food and prolonged cooking would make it dry.
While the chicken breast is being cooked in the oven, you can dedicate yourself to other activities, saving time.

Procedure

Divide the chicken breast into two halves to get 4 slices.

Arrange the sliced chicken breast in a baking dish. Pour half a glass of milk and two tablespoons of olive oil over the meat. Add sage, rosemary, oregano, salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 180°. When it has reached the temperature, put the sliced chicken breast in the oven to cook for 15 minutes. Finish cooking in grill mode for 2 minutes.

Serve the baked sliced chicken breast with a drizzle of raw oil or a sprinkle of lemon.
