Description

The baked chicken cutlet with potatoes is a tasty and easy to prepare dish. Thanks to the oven cooking, the meat remains soft and succulent. Just add a little oil for a light and flavorful dish.

The presentation with the strips of meat cut diagonally adds an extra touch of aesthetics to the dish, making it very appetizing even for the younger ones.

Here is an easy and quick recipe to prepare the baked chicken cutlet with potatoes.

Procedure

First, peel and cut the potatoes into pieces. Take a baking tray and line it with baking paper. Inside, arrange the slices of AIA chicken breast and the potatoes.

Flavor the chicken breast with rosemary, sage and oregano. Pour a little oil to taste. Close the baking paper by folding the edges of the sheet along the tray, like a parcel.

Preheat the fan oven to 200° and bake. After 20 minutes, check that the potatoes are cooked and then remove the top part of the baking paper. Add the salt and cook for another 5 /10 minutes so that the chicken breast takes on a nice color.

Once the cooking is completed, remove the tray from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Take the chicken and cut it into diagonal strips. Serve the chicken breast cutlet with the accompaniment of potatoes.
