Procedure

Start by preparing the mayonnaise: in this case you can opt for the traditional preparation, or try to make mayonnaise with a blender.

Add the lemon juice to the mayonnaise and work it with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil so that it reaches the right consistency.

Now also add 2 teaspoons of tomato sauce, two teaspoons of cream and mix well.
