The Moon in Mars
Ingredients
Description
The AIA aeQuilibrium turkey breast is the star ingredient of this Italian Chefs' Challenge, which sees Maura and Francesca competing in the kitchen with easy and quick recipes to prepare.
Maura, the astrologer cook, is ready to amaze us with a recipe whose name is a whole program: The Moon in Mars. In this recipe, the aeQuilibrium baked turkey breast is cut to form tagliatelle and seasoned with a sauce made from sautéed shallots, red radicchio, and walnuts.
Here is the complete recipe for The Moon in Mars… Italian Chefs: the challenge has begun!
Procedure
First, cut the slices of AIA aeQuilibrium turkey breast into strips of a thickness similar to that of classic fresh pasta tagliatelle. Wash the radicchio and cut it into pieces, then wilt it in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of EVO oil and season with salt and pepper.
Once soft, transfer the radicchio to the blender glass, add a tablespoon of water, the walnuts and blend until you get the sauce with which you will season your aeQuilibrium tagliatelle. Enjoy your meal!
