140 gr of AeQuilibrium AIA Turkey Breast
1 cereal loaf
1 avocado
Balsamic vinegar sauce to taste
Poppy seeds to taste
100 gr of cottage cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Oregano to taste

Description

Prepare some rich bruschettas with AeQuilibrium cold cuts: light and tasty, they are perfect for an aperitif or as a starter!

Procedure

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Season with a little oil, salt, pepper and oregano, and bake until all the liquids have evaporated.

Now cut the avocado into thin slices and then slice the loaf. Lightly brown the bread on a hot pan, without adding oil or butter.

Assemble the bruschettas by spreading a little cottage cheese on the bread. Continue by laying the AeQuilibrium turkey breast, a few slices of avocado and the cherry tomatoes on top. Finish by seasoning with the balsamic vinegar sauce and a few poppy seeds.
