Procedure

Place a non-stick pan on a low flame, once it has heated slightly, place the butter inside and let it melt, avoiding to let it darken and burn. At this point, add the eggs: start cooking, making the egg white solidify and leaving the yolk liquid.

Once ready, transfer your egg to a plate and season it with a pinch of salt, taking care not to overdo it and a sprinkle of pepper. Grate the truffle directly on the still hot egg and serve it.
