4 AIA free-range eggs
1/2 sachet of baking powder
Peanut oil
125g of whole yogurt
Powdered sugar to taste
00 flour to taste
1 pinch of salt

Procedure

First of all...

Start by pouring the yogurt into a bowl and keeping the pot. Separate the yolks from the whites and add them to two pots of sugar in a container. Then whisk all the ingredients until you get a foamy mixture.

Use Ariaperta eggs

Add 3 pots of sifted flour together with the yeast and mix the ingredients so that no lumps form. Then gradually add half a pot of oil and the yogurt. Whip the egg whites until stiff and mix them well with the mixture just obtained.

Bake and enjoy!

Line a cake tin with baking paper and pour everything inside. Then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Once ready, let your cake cool down before dusting it with powdered sugar. Et voilà!
