Here's how to prepare it to make light but very tasty lasagna!
Procedure
Heat a drizzle of oil, the butter in a casserole and add the carrot, celery, onion and AIA bacon, all ingredients that you will have finely chopped. Now also add the AIA prime turkey and mix well to flavor everything.
Let the wine evaporate and season with a pinch of salt. Lower the flame and cook slowly for about an hour and a half, adding a little hot broth from time to time.
