Description
A sweet recipe typically autumnal, perfect for those who love the combination of pears and chocolate: they are stuffed baked pears with cocoa, amaretti and hazelnuts!
The right contrast between the softness of the pears, the crunchiness of the hazelnuts and the unique taste of the cocoa translates into an original and delicious sweet recipe. Try making it at home and propose it as a dessert different from the usual at the next dinner with friends.
Here are the ingredients and the procedure to prepare the stuffed baked pears!
Procedure
Wash 4 pears well, cut them in half lengthwise without removing the stalk and hollow out the inside with the seeds. Instead, peel the fifth pear, remove the core and seeds and cut it into small pieces.

Moisten the pears with the orange juice, then lightly coat them in sugar (use half of what is indicated in the ingredients) and place them on a buttered baking tray or covered with baking paper.
Transfer the pear pieces to the mixer with the cocoa, eggs, remaining sugar, crumbled amaretti, a pinch of orange zest, two tablespoons of juice and a knob of butter. Blend until you have a homogeneous mixture.

Now distribute the stuffing in the hollowed out part of each pear, then bake at 180°C for about an hour.
