half a lemon

Ever tried the chicken and avocado combination? Prepare this tasty dish with us, rich and fragrant.

Procedure

Grill the chicken on a hot plate. Let it cool and cut it into strips.

Cut the avocado in half. Remove the seed and take out some of the pulp to cut it into cubes.

Chop the mint and grate the lemon zest. Cut it and squeeze half to get the juice.

Wash and slice the tomatoes. In a bowl, add them to the avocado pulp and season with oil, mint, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Now let it marinate.

For the sauce, peel and cut the ginger. Cut the shallot and garlic. Add the oil and salt, and blend everything until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.

Stuff the avocado with its own marinated pulp, decorate with flaked almonds and lay the chicken on top.
