Easy and quick to prepare, the pasta with radicchio and bacon is the perfect solution for a last minute lunch or dinner and is ideal for all those occasions when you want something genuine and very simple to prepare.

Procedure
After cleaning the radicchio, removing the end part, cut it in half and then into strips and then put it in a colander and wash it well under running water. In a non-stick pan, brown the garlic clove together with a drizzle of EVO oil. Add the bacon cut into pieces, let it brown well and deglaze with the white wine.
Once the white wine has evaporated, drain the bacon and set it aside for a moment. In the same pan, put the radicchio and cook it for about 5 minutes and then rejoin the bacon. Cook the pasta in a pot with plenty of salted water and once cooked, drain it and transfer it to the pan.
