Procedure

First of all...

For a quick mayonnaise, put all the ingredients in a blender container in this order: one egg, sunflower seed oil, lemon juice (or vinegar), and a pinch of salt.

Use Antibiotic-Free Eggs

Completely immerse the hand blender in the container so that it touches the bottom. Turn it on at maximum speed and stay still, in this position, for about 7-8 seconds, until the sauce becomes clear and thick.

Finish and enjoy!

At this point, the mayonnaise begins to take shape and whip: start lifting and lowering the hand blender until the mayonnaise is completely whipped and has thickened. In about 40 seconds you will have a wonderful homemade mayonnaise!
