Description

Do you want to serve your guests something tremendously tasty? Choosing this Halloween Hamburger will be a sure bet!

Procedure

1

Peel and slice the pumpkin into thin slices before laying it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and adding salt, pepper,
rosemary and a drizzle of olive oil. Bake at 180° C – fan mode – and cook for 25-30 minutes.

2

Peel and slice the onion into rings. Heat some olive oil in a pan and, when it is hot, add the onion. Stir quickly and cover with the lid to cook for 5 minutes.
After this time, add a pinch of salt, black pepper and finally the sugar.
Stir and put the lid back on, to cook over medium-low heat for another 5 minutes. Then add the white wine vinegar, stir until it completely evaporates and set the onions aside.

3

In another pan, cook the bacon until it becomes crispy.

4

Separately cook the Chicken Burger by pouring a drizzle of oil into a pan. Brown for 3 minutes and finish cooking over lower heat for about 5 minutes.

5

Cut the bread and start assembling the burger: place the hamburger on one half and lay the cheese on top so that it melts. Complete with the sliced cooked pumpkin, baby spinach, caramelized onion
crispy bacon and pepper mayonnaise.
