3 medium potatoes
A level teaspoon of cumin seeds

Description

Preparation:
Peel the potatoes, grate them with a large-hole grater and pour them into a bowl. Add a little salt and cumin seeds. Mix the mixture well and divide it into many small balls. Put a slightly buttered pan on the fire, when it is hot, place 2 or 3 balls spaced apart and with a spatula flatten them well until you get discs of about 6cm in diameter. Cook on both sides until they are golden and crispy. In the meantime, cook the Cordon Bleu, according to the cooking instructions on the package, and serve them accompanied by the flakes.
