The chocolate cake, also known as tender cake, is one of the easiest chocolate dessert preparations to make ever.
Despite the absence of milk in the recipe, an ingredient that gives softness to the dough, this cake is really soft and tender (hence the name), as well as having an intense and very delicious taste of chocolate.
In just over 20 minutes you will make the chocolate cake: here are the necessary ingredients and the simple steps to prepare it.
Procedure
In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler with the addition of two tablespoons of water, always stirring.
Add the butter cut into pieces and the sugar, then continue stirring until all the elements are well blended together.
Now take the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites: add the yolks to the mixture away from the heat and whip the egg whites until stiff.
Transfer the chocolate cream to a bowl, pour in the flour and a pinch of salt and mix well; finally, add the whipped egg whites very slowly, incorporating them by stirring from the bottom up.
Pour everything into a baking tray lined with baking paper, level the surface and then put to cook in the already hot, ventilated oven, at 180°C for 25 minutes.
