Procedure
Let the butter soften outside the refrigerator at room temperature, then mix it with the flour, add the egg and the finely chopped basil and knead all the ingredients together.
Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then crumble it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake at 170°C for 10-12 minutes. Your crumble is ready.
