The protagonist of the recipe is AeQ PROTEIN egg white, a very high quality, practical and versatile source of protein. And with chocolate, it's a real pleasure for the palate!

Procedure

1

In a bowl, mash the banana, add the egg white and yogurt, and mix.

2

Then add the flours, cocoa and yeast, and continue mixing.

3

Pour into two lightly greased baking cups and cook in the microwave at maximum power for 2 minutes or in the air fryer at 180° for 12 minutes.

4

Decorate as desired with Greek yogurt and fresh strawberries.

Suggestions

1. Can I replace banana in the recipe?
Yes, you can use apple or pear in the same quantity: they still make the pie soft and naturally sweet, with a slightly different taste.

2. Is cooking in the microwave or in the air fryer better?
It depends on the result you prefer: the microwave is faster and creates a softer and moister cake, while the air fryer gives a firmer and slightly crunchy texture on the outside.

3. Can I avoid the sweetener?
Yes, you can replace it with honey, maple syrup or agave.
