8 slices of cereal bread
4 lettuce leaves
2 beef heart tomatoes
Extra virgin olive oil as needed
Mayonnaise as needed

Description

The toast with AIA's Viennese is very easy and quick to make: in just 8 minutes you will have a delicious sandwich to savor to the last bite.

Procedure

First of all, arrange AIA's Viennese with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan and cook it for 3 minutes, turning it occasionally. Once all the cutlets are cooked, let them cool on a plate covered with kitchen paper.

Wash and dry the lettuce, then do the same with the tomatoes and slice them.

Now toast the slices of bread on all sides, then assemble the toast: put the lettuce on 4 slices, then the Viennese, then the tomato slices.
