Ingredients

350 g of thin turkey slices - AIA
100 g of smoked bacon slices
8 - 10 dried apricots
40 g of pistachios
1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
1 small glass of Brandy
Fresh parsley to taste
Sage to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Description

Let yourself be amazed by the winning combination of tender turkey meat and dried fruit.

Procedure

Finely chop the pistachios, dried apricots, sage and parsley

Mix the chopped ingredients with the breadcrumbs, a pinch of salt and a little oil

Place a slice of speck and a teaspoon of the chopped mix on each turkey slice, then roll them up to form rolls

Wrap each roll with a slice of bacon and secure them with a toothpick each

Brown the rolls in a pan on all sides for a few minutes

6

Flambé with the brandy, lower the heat, season with salt and pepper and continue cooking for 15 minutes with a lid, adding water if necessary
