50 g of Grana flakes
50 g of celery root
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 ripe tomato
1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce
1 hamburger bun (with white/black sesame)

Salt and pepper

For this reason, the recipe for the turkey burger with speck and marinated celery root is easy to prepare, but at the same time sophisticated, light and delicious.

Procedure

Heat the griddle, add a pinch of salt and cook the AIA Speck Burger on both sides.

In the meantime, get the Grana flakes with the peeler and set them aside. Cut the celery root into very thin slices with a mandolin and arrange it in a deep dish or bowl, add the apple cider vinegar and a drizzle of oil, then let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Cut the tomatoes into slices and wash the salads well. Cut the bread in half and pass the inside on the griddle to make it pleasantly crunchy.

Stuff the bun with the burger, the salads, the celery root drained from its marinade, the tomatoes and the bbq sauce.
