Ingredients

800 g of turkey thigh Turkey thigh slices - AIA
100 g of cooking cream
50 g of 00 flour
5 oranges
50 g of flaked almonds
2 tablespoons of acacia honey
Ginger as needed
Salt and pepper as needed
Extra virgin olive oil as needed
Fresh dill for decoration

Description

A very simple second course but with an unmistakable flavor.

Procedure

Toast the flaked almonds in a pan

Squeeze the oranges and set aside the juice

Heat the oil in a pan and brown over high heat for a few minutes

Blend with the orange juice, add the honey and cream and adjust with salt and pepper

Reduce the sauce until it has thickened.

Grate the fresh ginger on the bites and mix, then add half of the toasted almonds
