100 g of ricotta
250 g of smoked salmon
Black pepper to taste
Chives to taste
4 slices of homemade bread

Description

The salmon eggs in cocotte are a tasty dish, very simple to make and can be enjoyed at any time. Procedure

Cut the salmon into strips and place it in a bowl. Season it with a handful of pepper, add the ricotta and mix well.

Then place the ricotta and salmon mixture in the cocotte. Create a small hollow in the center and place the egg there.
Bake the cocotte for 15 minutes, cooking at 180° C.

In the meantime, toast the bread and cut it into strips. Cut strips from the remaining salmon and cut the chives with scissors. Remove the cocotte from the oven and garnish with a strip of bread, pieces of salmon, the chives and the ground pepper. Enjoy your meal!
