250 g of pasta
320 g of zucchini
Extra virgin olive oil

Pasta with zucchini and sausage is perfect as a colorful and flavorful first course for a lunch or a garden dinner with friends, especially if accompanied by a good glass of red wine, but it is also perfect to put in the lunch box for a lunch at the office full of flavor and the most genuine ingredients. In this recipe, all the goodness of the AIA's Buona Scoperta Lunganega sausage meets the delicacy of a seasonal ingredient that is really versatile and delicious: the zucchini, for a truly unique result!

Procedure

First, peel the garlic cloves, crush them and put them in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of EVO oil, letting them fry until golden. After a few minutes, add the zucchini that you have previously cut into small pieces and let them brown.

Add some basil leaves and stir well for another minute, then add the sausage that you have previously cut into pieces. Add some more basil leaves and continue to mix all the ingredients well.

After about 5 minutes, lower the heat and cover the pan with a lid, letting it cook for about ten more minutes.

Then add a drizzle of EVO oil and stir well, adding salt and pepper. In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente and once ready, drain it and pour it into the pan with the zucchini and sausage.

Let it cook, adding another tablespoon of oil and stirring well.
