300 g of AIA Turkey Thigh Morsels
300 g of fusilli
150 g of peas
100 g of fresh broad beans
80 g of green beans
1 stalk of green celery
Basil
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Description

The fusilli with turkey morsels and vegetables, in addition to being light, are tasty and easy to prepare. This recipe is also ideal for the office lunchbox especially for those who want to eat healthy at any time of the day and live with taste.

The fusilli with turkey morsels and vegetables will obviously also please children, who prefer the short pasta and who love the sweetness of turkey meat. With this recipe you will always have a first course save dinner for family evenings or for the Sunday lunch. 

Procedure

To prepare fusilli with turkey morsels and vegetables first of all  boil the pasta in plenty of salted water. In another pot, boil the french beans and broad beans in water.

When all the vegetables are cooked, prepare the sauté with the celery, washed and cut into slices, and sautéed in a pan with a drizzle of oil. Also add the other vegetables and mix everything, adjusting the salt. Finally, add the turkey morsels. Let everything brown together for a few more minutes.

Drain the pasta al dente in the pot with the vegetables and sauté, if desired, adding a little extra virgin olive oil.
