Procedure

To prepare this delicious lunchbox, marinate the AIA turkey thigh nuggets in rice vinegar and soy sauce for 30 minutes

Cut the spring onions into rings and wash the soy sprouts well. In a wok pan, sauté the turkey drained from the marinade, then blend it with the marinade and add the spring onions and soy sprouts.

Toast the almonds and add them to the dish.

Open the melon and remove the skin, seeds and internal filaments, then cut it into cubes.

Prepare the green tea and let it cool by infusing some mint leaves and a slice of lime.
