Description

The perfect recipe for a tasty and refined dinner. Try these quick lemon-scented turkey meatballs, and bring a simple but really tasty dish to the table.

Procedure

1

Soak two slices of bread in water and leave them to soak for a couple of minutes. Grate the Parmesan and chop the thyme.

2

In a bowl combine: minced turkey, soaked bread, cheese and chopped thyme and capers. Season with salt and possibly add pepper.

3

Mix all the ingredients and make spherical meatballs, working the dough by hand.

4

At this point, preheat the oven to 200°C, and arrange the meatballs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. As soon as it has reached temperature, bake and let cook for 15 minutes.

5

In the meantime squeeze half a lemon. In a pot melt some butter over low heat and add the flour “rain” taking care to stir continuously. Then pour the lemon juice and dilute everything with a glass of water.

6

At this point add the meatballs. Turn them often until the lemon sauce has taken on a creamy consistency. Then add pepper and salt, and you can finally enjoy this delicacy!
