1 pack of AIA Pork Ribs
1 glass of soy sauce
1 slice of fresh ginger
1 clove of garlic
Juice of half a lemon
2 tablespoons of honey
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Description

The glazed pork ribs are ideal to make even the simplest evening with friends unforgettable. Succulent and soft, the glazed pork ribs have a strong flavor that reminds of sweet and sour. Prepare your glazed pork ribs for Sunday brunch or accompany them to the meat grill and your guests will thank you.

Procedure

Place the ribs in a bowl and cover them with the soy sauce, lemon juice and crushed garlic clove. Add the slice of ginger, cover with cling film and let the meat marinate for 2-4 hours in the refrigerator. After this time, drain the ribs from the marinade and pat them dry with absorbent kitchen paper.

In a very large pan, heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and brown the ribs on all sides for a few minutes.
At this point add the honey and the marinade. Turn up the heat and bring the liquid to a boil, then lower the heat, cover and let cook on low heat for about 30 minutes.

During cooking, adjust with salt and pepper, stir the ribs from time to time and if the bottom should shrink too much, add a few tablespoons of water. Serve the ribs hot and decorate them to taste with a spoonful of toasted sesame seeds.
