Description

Among the spoon desserts, the chocolate soufflé is without a doubt one of the favorites for both adults and children.

Whether it is used as a dessert or as a delicious surprise to accompany a snack, the chocolate soufflé remains one of the easiest and quickest recipes to prepare.

Here are the steps to make this fabulous dessert.

Procedure

1

The first thing to do to prepare delicious chocolate soufflés is to turn on the oven and bring it to temperature: 180° for the static one and 160° for the ventilated one. To ensure that your chocolate soufflés are perfect, you need to sprinkle all the molds with a little sugar - eliminating the excess - and then place them on the oven tray.

2

Then melt the butter in a saucepan, being careful not to burn it and adding the tablespoon of flour. Let it cook for two minutes, mixing until the two ingredients thicken.

3

In another saucepan, melt the dark chocolate. Add it to the butter and flour and finally add the yolks. Mix the ingredients and transfer them to a bowl.

4

And now the most important moment: whip the egg whites and gradually add the sugar. Add half of the mixture just made to the bowl where you first mixed the butter, flour, dark chocolate and yolks: stir well and now add the other half.

5

Distribute the mixture evenly in the various molds and let it cook in the oven for 15 minutes. Remember not to open it to check!

Suggestions

The tricks to follow to make a perfect chocolate soufflé are few but essential: the first is not to whip the egg whites too stiff, to keep it soft; the second is not to open the oven before the cooking is finished: the temperature change could deflate your dessert and make it lose its typical domed shape, which is the trademark of a real chocolate soufflé.
