1 pack of Chicken Salad
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of vinegar
2 tablespoons of lemon
150 ml of extra virgin olive oil
2 slices of bread
100 g of Parmigiano Reggiano
500 g of lettuce
2 tablespoons of yogurt
Salt and pepper

Description

The Caesar Salad is perhaps the most famous salad in the world. It is a large salad based on chicken, lettuce, toasted bread and Parmesan, all seasoned with a tasty but light yogurt sauce.

The preparation of this salad, according to the original recipe made in USA, is really simple: let yourself go to the pleasure of tasting the real Caesar Salad!

Procedure

To prepare the original version of Caesar Salad, heat two tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan and cook the AIA chicken cutlet for 5 minutes over high heat.

In the meantime, cut the bread into cubes removing the crust and toast it in a non-stick pot with oil and garlic.

Now you can prepare the dressing: in a mixer, mix the lemon juice with the vinegar, the yogurt, the Worcestershire sauce, the salt and pepper and - a little at a time - the oil in a thin stream. You should get a sauce similar in consistency to mayonnaise.

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves well and arrange them in the salad bowl. Add the bread croutons and the AIA Stripes: the chicken cutlet is ready to enjoy!
