To prepare the potato, sausage and radish salad, first wash the potatoes and boil them in boiling water. When they are cooked, peel them and cut them into chunks and let them cool.

In the meantime, cut the sausages into slices about 2 cm thick and the radishes, carefully washed, into thin slices. When the potatoes have cooled, add the radishes and sausages and season them with the sauce obtained by mixing the mustard and chopped dill. If you like, you can add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
