First of all, wash the zucchini and remove the ends, then cut them into slices.

Brown them for 5 minutes in a pan with extra virgin olive oil and, in the meantime, bring a pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook the pasta. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the zucchini along with the beaten egg.
