1 dl of white wine vinegar
Fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Brown two cloves of garlic in a casserole with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. When the oil has flavored, remove the garlic and add the stew to brown it well.

At this point you can deglaze with the white wine and add a little hot water. Cover the pot with the lid and let it cook for 15 minutes. When the wine and water have almost evaporated, add the vinegar and finely chopped rosemary.

Let the vinegar evaporate and the stew will be ready to be served.
