Description

A special main course that encapsulates all the taste of a genuine recipe: the AIA turkey fillet with citrus and pumpkin chips!

The turkey becomes the protagonist of a meal marked by originality. The marination of the meat with orange and lemon, meets the sweetness of the teryaki sauce and the delicacy of the turkey fillets, to give life to a truly special recipe.

The citrus marinated turkey fillet is also enriched by the presence of the pumpkin chips: very simple to prepare, this side dish is ideal to be combined in many ways. Here is the recipe.

Procedure

1

Place the AIA Turkey Fillets in a bowl and marinate them with the juice of half a lemon and that of half an orange, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt and a grind of pepper. Put the bowl with the turkey fillets in the refrigerator for about an hour.

2

Now dedicate yourself to the preparation of the pumpkin chips: after removing the skin and seeds, cut the pumpkin very finely using a mandolin. Dry the pumpkin slices on a sheet of kitchen paper and transfer it to a preheated oven at 170°C for 10 minutes.

3

In the meantime, when the marination time in the refrigerator has passed, drain the meat well from the marinade.

4

Heat a griddle on a low flame, and place the fillets on the grill. Cook them on both sides taking care not to burn them.
