Description

The competitors who will face off today in the largest kitchen in Italy, Martina and Aurora, will prepare two different recipes, both based on AIA's Wudy zero.

Aurora, the Palermo-Milan cook, is a Sicilian transplanted to Milan, whose secret weapon is a special spice paste used to prepare tom yam, a Thai soup. Aurora will delight you with the Thai Zero recipe: Thai-style Wudy, with a mix of spices and accompanying white rice.

Procedure

1

Cook the basmati rice, then drain it and let it cool.  After removing the seeds, cut the peppers into strips. Finely chop the onion and cut the carrots into slices using a peeler.

2

Cut the Wudy Zero into slices. In a wok, heat a drizzle of oil and sauté the onion. Then add all the vegetables and sauté them for a few minutes.
Add the Wudy Zero and cook for 5 minutes

3

Add the coconut milk, the Thai Tom Yum paste and season with salt and pepper. Serve the rice with the mix of vegetables and Wudy Zero and sprinkle with a chopped fresh coriander.
