300 g of blueberries + 100 g for decoration
250 g of sugar
200 ml of water
1 glass of white wine
Sage
Rosemary
Bay leaves
Extra virgin olive oil

Put the sugar and water in a pan, turn on the heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Turn off the heat and add the blueberries, stir well and then return to the stove. Stir and let the sauce cook for 5-10 minutes.

Bake the chicken with a drizzle of oil, salt, pepper and aromatic herbs for 20 minutes at 180°C. Deglaze the chicken with the white wine and continue cooking for another 40 minutes.
