Description

The packed lunch with Spinach BonRoll accompanied by Herb Cannellini is delicious and simple to prepare. You can vary it in different ways, replacing the Spinach BonRoll with the Classic BonRoll or with the BonRoll Delights of the Garden: the choice is wide and you can really unleash your imagination to bring to the office each time a different and original dish.

Here is the recipe for an exceptional packed lunch based on Spinach BonRoll and Herb Cannellini.

 

Procedure

Slice the BonRoll and cook it in a pan, it will take just a few minutes per side until the slices are well browned. Drain the cannellini beans from their vegetable water and rinse them thoroughly under running water.

In a pan heat a drizzle of oil and sauté a clove of garlic (if the taste is too strong for you, add a few leaves of parsley, which thanks to chlorophyll will absorb the intense taste of garlic), add the cannellini beans and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the very fine chopped aromatic herbs. After a few minutes, turn off the heat and set aside.

Peel the beetroot and cut it into slices or cubes. Season it with a drizzle of oil, salt, pepper, fresh mint leaves and chunks of gorgonzola. Wash the blueberries and accompany your packed lunch with crackers.
