Description

Savoy cabbage rolls are a great side dish, but they can also be made as an appetizer for a family lunch or dinner.

Their preparation is very easy and, to make the recipe even more tasty (even for your children who are learning to eat vegetables), you just need to get a pack of AIA High Quality Cooked Ham and a few slices of cheese.

Procedure

1

Blanch in a pot of salted water the savoy cabbage leaves, which you have previously chosen for your recipe; dry them and spread them out on a pastry board.

2

On top of them, put a slice of AIA High Quality Cooked Ham and a slice of cheese cut into large pieces; season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

3

Roll up the savoy cabbage leaf and form the roll using two toothpicks or kitchen string.

4

Follow this same procedure with all the other savoy cabbage leaves, then cook them in a pan with hot oil and 4 cloves of garlic (which will only serve to give flavor, so remove it halfway through cooking).
